If you paid and you still see ads or cannot invite other people to your account please try the following options:
- Restart the app
- iPhone:
- From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
- Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
- Android:
- Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go.
- Swipe up on the app.
- Verify that you are signed in. Are you signed in? You can verify this by tapping on settings (gear icon) on the main screen and tapping on My Account. If you are signed in, it'll show your account email.
- Sign out and sign back in with the same email. If you originally signed in with Apple use it to sign back in.
- Confirm that you did not indeed cancel your subscription or that the subscription hasn't expired
- Contact support to resolve this issue if the above does not work
